I love this old saying! I also love this time of year! As we move from late summer into fall, the winds of change swirl through the natural world as well as inside of us. #Autum is ruled by #Vata, which can become overly high during this time of year. Feeling agitated, overwhelmed, or ungrounded? Yep, that’s a vata imbalance. Be sure to take care of yourself this season with the simple #Ayurvedic practice of #abhyanga massage (rub organic cold pressed sesame oil all over your skin with long strokes on limbs and circular strokes on joints). As the wheel of the year turns you should also stay in the flow of nature by eating seasonal foods. You may notice more and more root vegetables arriving in your farm box over the coming weeks. Get ready to make warm soups and hearty stews!
